Jamie was introduced to yoga in college and fell in love with it immediately. Many years later, Jamie signed up for Mukti Yoga's 200-hour teacher training certification program and has been teaching and continuing her education ever since.>> more
Linda began practicing yoga in 1997 as part of her training at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. It was love at first down dog. She fascinated that one could move the body in such a beautiful, open, and healing way, and she was instantly hooked on the mental release yoga provided. >> more
Wendy studied dance and movement for 20 years. After dancing professionally and teaching dance, Wendy's passion lead her to yoga. She has been practicing for nine years and has trained with Julie Rader, Seane Corn and Maty Ezraty. Wendy looks forward to sharing her passion and energy with students of all levels.>> more
Chelsea left her small town in Ontario Canada 10 years ago, never to look back. Many travels later, fate landed her on the Big Island of Hawaii where she spent 6 years diving into depth of the islands secrets, ultimately uncovering the depth of her own true spirit. It is here she developed a yoga practice that blends together all of the earths elements. Reminding her students through breath (prana) and movement (asana) to connect to their organic selves.>> more
Kelly began practicing yoga 10 years ago on the sandy beaches of a deserted island off the coast of Borneo, Malaysia, while TV viewers watched her compete on CBSÕ Original Survivor. Having never set foot in a yoga studio before, she taught herself postures, meditation and breathing exercises from magazine clippings, piecing together a personal practice that became part of her daily life on the inhospitable island.>> more
Margo has been practicing yoga for eight years. After experimenting with different styles and teachers, she was certified during her senior year of high school by Julie Rader. After completing her Yoga Alliance certification Margo taught at Mukti Yoga studio until going to to Yale where she received her degree in psychology. >> more

Bethany loves Mukti Yoga! Since casually stalking Julie shortly before her wedding in hopes to get that cute yoga butt, Bethany has transformed through the practice. She loves it so much she now teaches in the Mukti yoga style and serves as Mukti's Operations Manager (OM).
